Once your prescription has been approved by our registered Doctors and payment is received, we will ship your treatment plan via Australia Post (Express Post) within 24hrs (business days only).

If you live in a major Australian city, you will generally receive your order the next business day. However, regional areas may take 2-3 days and up to 5 working days in some rural areas.

All packages will be delivered to the provided address and will require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Due to security issues, the package cannot be left unattended. Where no one is home to sign for the package, a card will be left detailing the nearest Australia Post outlet where the package can be collected during regular business hours.

Orders will be discreetly packaged in Australia Post Satchel bags and unmarked for privacy and security.


Harley will provide a full refund on your treatment under the following circumstances:

  • You have paid for your treatment plan, and you are later deemed not suitable by our doctors
  • The suggested treatment plan is not available
  • In line with our 90-day money-back guarantee

90 Day Money Back Guarantee

Harley offers a full refund in association with our 90-day money-back guarantee under the following circumstances:

  • The intention of claiming the money-back guarantee is submitted in writing within 90 days of initial purchase. Please email [email protected] to claim your refund
  • All prescribed products are returned to Harley Health (our dispensing pharmacy). Once received, we will organise the transfer of funds
